Are you looking for a Part Time HR position? Our Client has a growing, successful business with a head office in Northamptonshire where the majority of the staff are based, plus a few other sites in different locations in England. This Human Resource support role would be based at Head Office and will involve the setting up and delivery of the HR function, including administering records, contracts of employment, training records, performance reviews and training and development requirements along with employee engagement and wellbeing. To be successful in this position you will need to have a recognised level of qualification probably CIPD level 5 along with current knowledge of employment law.
Whilst based in the Wellingborough area the role may involve occasional visits to the other sites if required, a vehicle can be provided for this or mileage expenses paid for use of own car. So a valid driving licence and the ability to travel if required, although this is likely to be infrequently.
Initially it is thought that the role would be 1 or 2 days per week, and that this may be a regular day, although this can be flexible and as the business HR involvement requirement can fluctuate this may require some flexibility on your part.
